The Commission approves the application by Image Wireless Communications Inc. to amend the licence for the MDS (multi-point distribution system) radiocommunication distribution undertaking by increasing the effective isotropic radiated power of the transmitter located in Lloydminster, from 13 watts to 40 watts. |

The Commission notes that the licensee also proposes to relocate the transmitter to 37km southeast of Lloydminster for which no approval is required. |

The Commission received no interventions concerning this application. |
