Increase in power for the transmitter of the MDS radiocommunication distribution undertaking located in Lloydminster


The Commission approves the application by Image Wireless Communications Inc. to amend the licence for the MDS (multi-point distribution system) radiocommunication distribution undertaking by increasing the effective isotropic radiated power of the transmitter located in Lloydminster, from 13 watts to 40 watts.


The Commission notes that the licensee also proposes to relocate the transmitter to 37km southeast of Lloydminster for which no approval is required.


The Commission received no interventions concerning this application.
