1. |
The Commission approves the application by Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Newfoundland and Labrador to amend the broadcasting licence for VOAR Mount Pearl (the originating station) and authorizes the licensee to add FM transmitters at Bay Roberts, Botwood, Corner Brook, Deer Lake, Gander, Goose Bay, Grand Falls, Lewisporte, Marystown, Port aux Basques, Springdale and Wabush. |

As proposed, the new FM transmitters will operate on the frequencies and effective radiated powers (ERP) listed below: |

The authority will be effective and the licence will be amended only at such time as: |

Some of the technical parameters approved in this decision are for low-power unprotected FM services. For each of these low-power FM services, the applicant would have to select another frequency for the operation of the services should optimum utilization of the broadcasting spectrum so require. |
