Radio network to broadcast Toronto Blue Jays baseball games

The Commission approves the application by Rogers Broadcasting Limited (Rogers) for a network licence to operate an English-language radio network for the purpose of broadcasting the baseball games of the Toronto Blue Jays during the 2002 and 2003 seasons, originating from CJCL Toronto. Rogers is currently broadcasting under a temporary network authority.

2.

The Commission will issue a network licence expiring at the end of the 2003 baseball season, subject to the conditions specified in the licence to be issued.
