The Commission approves the application by Whistler Cable Television Ltd. (Whistler Cable), licensee of the cable distribution undertaking serving Whistler, for authority to effect a change in its ownership through the transfer of all of the Class B and Class C common shares of Kusuma Holdings Ltd. (Kusuma Holdings) from the Saperstein Family Trust and Ronald Saperstein to a B C Resident Trust. Kusuma Holdings holds all of the issued and outstanding shares of Whistler Cable and Whistler Cable will continue to be ultimately controlled by Manuel J. Saperstein, a Canadian citizen and resident. |
