Extension of time limit to implement a new cable distribution undertaking |

1. |
The Commission approves the application by Saskatchewan Telecommunications for an extension of the time limit to implement its authority for a new cable distribution undertaking to serve the above-noted locations, granted by Decision CRTC 2001-171 dated 12 March 2001. |

2. |
The Commission grants the licensee an additional 12 months, until 12 March 2003, to implement this authority. |
|
|
3. |
The licensee's failure to meet this new implementation deadline will cause this authority to become null and void, unless a request for a further extension of time is approved by the Commission before such date. |
|
|
4. |
Once the licensee has informed the Commission in writing that it is prepared to commence operation, the licence for this undertaking will be issued. |
