The Commission approves the application by Câblevision TRP-SDM inc. for an extension of the time limit to commence the operation of the transmitters for its MDS radiocommunication distribution undertaking in Rimouski, Rivière-du-Loup, Mont-Joli, Matane and St-Fabien, authorized in Addition of transmitters, Decision CRTC 2001-749, 11 December 2001. |

The transmitters must be operational at the earliest possible date and in any event no later than 11 December 2003, unless a request for an extension of time is approved by the Commission before this date. In order to ensure that such a request is processed in a timely manner, it should be submitted in writing at least 30 days before this date. |
