Correction to Licence renewal for CKNX-TV Wingham, Decision CRTC 2002-326, and to Licence renewal for CHWI-TV Wheatley and its transmitter CHWI-TV-60 Windsor,Decision CRTC 2002-327, 21 October 2002

Condition of licence number 2 with respect to captioning, as set out in both Licence renewal for CKNX-TV Wingham, Decision CRTC 2002-326, and Licence renewal for CHWI-TV Wheatley and its transmitter CHWI-TV-60 Windsor, Decision CRTC 2002-327,21 October 2002 was in error. The Commission hereby corrects these decisions by replacing condition of licence number 2, in the case of each undertaking, with the following:

2. Beginning 1 December 2004, the licensee shall caption 90% of all programming during the broadcast day.
