1. |
The Commission has received an application by Bell Globemedia Inc., on behalf of TQS inc. (TQS) for authority to to effect the transfer of 4,000,000 common shares in 3947424 Canada Inc., the parent of TQS. |

2. |
The transfer is to be implemented through the transfer of 4,000,000 common shares in 3947424 Canada Inc., from Bell Globemedia Inc. to CTV Television Inc. |
|
3. |
The Commission notes that TQS is the licensee for the TQS network, CFJP-TV in Montréal and its transmitter CJPC-TV in Rimouski, and station CFAP-TV in Québec. |
|
4. |
As a result of this transaction, CTV Television Inc. will have a 40% voting interest in 3947424 Canada Inc., the parent of TQS. |
|
5. |
The Commission approves the application to transfer the 40% voting interest in 3947424 Canada Inc. to CTV Television Inc. |
|
6. |
The Commission will modify its ownership records to reflect the attached appendix. |
