The Commission approves the application by Radio du Golfe inc. for an extension of the time limit to commence the operation of the new transmitter of CJMC-FM Sainte-Anne-des-Monts at La Martre, authorized in Licence amendment for CJMC-FM Sainte-Anne-des-Monts,Decision CRTC 2001-28, 25 January 2001. |

The Commission notes that this is the licensee's second request for an extension to implement its authority. |

The transmitter must be operational at the earliest possible date, and in any event no later than 25 January 2003, unless a request for a further extension of time is approved by the Commission before this date. In order to ensure that such a request is processed in a timely manner, it should be submitted in writing at least 60 days before this date. |
