Correction

1.

The Commission hereby corrects an error made in Deadline to commence operations, Broadcasting Decision 2002-311, 16 October 2002. Paragraph 2 of the decision should have read:

The licence for this undertaking will be issued once the licensee has informed the Commission in writing that it is prepared to commence operations. The undertaking must be operational no later than 5 April 2003, unless a request for a further extension of time is approved by the Commission before this date. In order to ensure that such a request is processed in a timely manner, it should be submitted at least 30 days before this date.
