Relocation of transmitter and increase in power for CBMT-FM-1 Trois-Rivières

The Commission approves the application by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation to amend the broadcasting licence for CBMT-FM Montreal by relocating its transmitter CBMT-FM-1 Trois-Rivières to a site 1.9 km northeast of the authorized site and by increasing its effective radiatedpower from 13,000 watts to 14,000 watts.

This approval is conditional upon receipt by the Commission, within six (6) months of the date of this decision, of written notice from Industry Canada, that it is prepared to amend the licensee's Broadcasting Certificate.

If a written notice is not received within the 6-month period, the approval will become null and void.
