Relocation of transmitter and increase in power for CIFM-FM-3 Merritt |

The Commission approves the application by Jim Pattison Industries Ltd. to amend the broadcasting licence for CIFM-FM Kamloops by relocating its transmitter CIFM-FM-3 Merritt to a site on Iron Mountain, 22 km southeast of the authorized site and by increasing its effective radiatedpower from 12 watts to 40 watts. |

This approval is conditional upon receipt by the Commission, within six (6) months of the date of this decision, of written notice from Industry Canada, that it is prepared to amend the licensee's Broadcasting Certificate. |

If a written notice is not received within the 6-month period, the approval will become null and void. |
