The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the radio programming undertaking CJKX-FM Ajax and its transmitter CJKX-FM-1 Sunderland until 30 November 2002, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licence. |

The application for the renewal of this licence was published in Public Notice CRTC 2002-23, 6 May 2002. This decision does not dispose of any substantive issue that may exist with respect to the renewal of this licence. The Commission will issue a decision on the renewal application at a later date. |
