CBFX-FM Montréal - Technical amendment

1.

The Commission approves the application by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation to relocate CBFX-FM Montréal's transmitter, CBFX-FM-1 Trois-Rivières, to a site 1.9 kilometre northeast of the authorized site and to increase its effective radiatedpower from 38,400 watts to 43,000 watts.

No interventions were filed in connection with this application.

The Commission reminds the licensee that, pursuant to section 22(1) of the Broadcasting Act, this authority will only be effective when the Department of Industry notifies the Commission that its technical requirements have been met, and that it is prepared to amend the broadcasting certificate.
