Extension of time limit to implement new transitional digital radio programming undertakings |
1. |
The Commission approves the applications by CHUM Limited / CHUM Limitée for an extension of the time limit to implement its authority for new transitional digital radio programming undertakings at Windsor, granted by Decision CRTC 2000-83 dated 22 March 2000. |
2. |
The Commission grants the licensee an additional 9 months, until 21 June 2002, to implement this authority. |
3. |
The licensee's failure to meet this new implementation deadline will cause this authority to become null and void, unless a request for a further extension of time is approved by the Commission before such date. |
4. |
Once the licensee has informed the Commission in writing that it is prepared to commence operation, the licences for these undertakings will be issued. |
