Power increase for CBUR-FM Houston


The Commission approves the application by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation to amend the broadcasting licence for CBYG-FM Prince Georgeby increasingthe effective radiatedpower of its transmitter CBUR-FM Houston from 318 watts to 462 watts.


This approval is conditional upon receipt by the Commission, within six (6) months of the date of this decision, of written notice from Industry Canada, that it is prepared to amend the licensee's Broadcasting Certificate.


If written notice is not received within the 6-month period, the approval will become null and void.
