Deadline to commence operations


The Commission approves the application by Radio du Golfe inc. for an extension of the time limit to commence operation of three new radio transmitters, authorized in Addition of transmitters of CJMC-FM Sainte-Anne-des-Monts at Cloridorme, Rivière-à-Claude, Sainte-Anne-des-Monts est and Murdochville, and change of frequency for CJMC-FM-4 Grande-Vallée, Decision CRTC 2001-368, 21 June 2001.


The licence for this undertaking will be issued once the licensee has informed the Commission in writing that it is prepared to commence operations. This undertaking must be operational no later than 21 June 2003, unless a request for a further extension of time is approved by the Commission before this date. In order to ensure that such a request is processed in a timely manner, it should be submitted at least 60 days before this date.
