The Commission approves the application by Yves Sauvé, on behalf of a corporation to be incorporated, to change the frequency of the radio programming undertaking CJRP Saint-Nicolas, authorized in New AM radio station at Saint-Nicolas, Decision CRTC 2000-417, 27 October 2000. This undertaking will operate at frequency 980 kHz instead of 1,060 kHz as previously approved. |

The Commission reminds the licensee that, pursuant to section 22(1) of the Broadcasting Act, this authority will only be effective once the Department of Industry has notified the Commission that its technical requirements have been met, and that its broadcasting certificate will be amended. |
