The Commission approves the application by Fabrique de la Paroisse L'Assomption-de-la-Ste-Vierge for an extension of the time limit to commence the operation of the new religious radio programming undertaking in L'Assomption, authorized in New religious FM radio programming undertaking, Decision CRTC 2000-758, 15 December 2000. |

The licence for this undertaking will be issued once the licensee has informed the Commission in writing that it is prepared to commence operations. This undertaking must be operational no later than 15 December 2002, unless a request for a further extension of time is approved by the Commission before that date. In order to ensure that such a request is processed in a timely manner, it should be submitted in writing at least 60 days before this date. |
