Licence amendment for CJTK-FM - addition of commercial messages |

The Commission approves the application by Eternacom Inc. to amend the licence of radio programming undertaking CJTK-FM Sudbury to permit the licensee to broadcast a maximum of 4 minutes of commercial messages per broadcast hour on CJTK-FM. The amendment is authorized by the addition of a condition of licence. |

No interventions were received in connection with this application. |

The licensee stated that approval of the application would allow it to maintain the same level of local programming as is currently broadcast by the station, and the Commission expects the licensee to maintain that level. |
