The Commission approves the application by 1158556 Ontario Ltd., doing business under the name of Celestial Sound, for an extension of the time limit to commence operation of a new radio transmitter of CHIM-FM Timminsat Red Deer, authorized in Addition of a transmitter of CHIM-FM at Red Deer, Decision CRTC 2000-190, 7 June 2000. |

The Commission grants the licensee an extension, until 7 October 2002, to implement this authority. The licensee's failure to meet this new implementation deadline will cause this authority to become null and void, unless a request for a further extension of time is approved by the Commission before 7 October 2002. In order to ensure that such a request is processed in a timely manner, it should be submitted in writing at least 30 days before this date. |

The authority to operate the transmitter will only be effective once the licensee has informed the Commission in writing that it is prepared to commence operations. |
