Malette Maheu syndics et gestionnaires inc., as the trustee in bankruptcy for 9078-2269 Québec inc., has requested the revocation of the licences held by 9078-2269 Québec Inc. for the cable distribution undertakings serving Bégin and Saint-Félix-d'Otis. |

Pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the licences issued to 9078-2269 Québec inc. for the above-mentioned undertakings. |
