Corporate Reorganization of O. K. Radio Group Ltd.

1.
|
The Commission approves the above-noted application for authority to effect a corporate reorganization of O. K. Radio Group Ltd., licensee of the following radio programming undertakings:
|

- CFGP-FM Grande Prairie
and its transmitter CFGP-FM-1 Peace River;
|
|
|
|
- CJOK-FM Fort McMurray
and its transmitter CJOK-FM-1 Tar Island;
|
|
- CKKQ-FM Victoria
and its transmitter CKKQ-FM-1 Sooke; and
|
|
- CJZN-FM Victoria
and its transmitter CKXM-FM-1 Sooke.

The transaction will be implemented through the transfer of 43 Class A common shares (30.07%) from R. Stuart Morton to Wind Mountain Holdings.

The Commission notes that the licensee has proceeded with the transaction prior to obtaining its approval. The licensee is reminded that it must abide by section 11(4) of the Radio Regulations, 1986 at all times.

|
The ownership of O. K. Radio Group Ltd. following this transaction is described in the appendix to this decision.
