Correction to Transfer of effective control,Decision CRTC 2002-117, 26 April 2002

In Transfer of effective control, Decision CRTC 2002-117, 26 April 2002 (Decision 2002-117), the Commission incorrectly identified CIPR-FM Pigeon River Border Crossing as being a transmitter of CITB-FM Thunder Bay. In fact, CIPR-FM is licensed as a separate radio programming undertaking.

The Commission hereby corrects the first paragraph of Decision CRTC 2002-117 to read as follows:

The Commission approves the application to transfer the effective control of 1333598 Ontario Limited, licensee of the radio programming undertakings CITB-FM Thunder Bay and CIPR-FM Pigeon River Border Crossing. The transaction will be implemented through the transfer of all of the issued and outstanding shares of the licensee, held by Mr. Raymond Ernest Gauthier, to Northwest Broadcasting Inc. of which Mr. Ari Lahdekorpi is the sole shareholder.
