In Transfer of effective control, Decision CRTC 2002-117, 26 April 2002 (Decision 2002-117), the Commission incorrectly identified CIPR-FM Pigeon River Border Crossing as being a transmitter of CITB-FM Thunder Bay. In fact, CIPR-FM is licensed as a separate radio programming undertaking. |
