Extension of temporary management authority for CHSC St. Catharines

1.

The Commission approves the application by KPMG Inc. for authority to extend, until 31 August 2002, the temporary management authority and the appointment of KPMG Inc. as receiver for Coultis Broadcasting Limited.

2.

During this temporary management, the receiver will retain entire responsibility for the licence.

3.

Should there be an act, agreement, or a transaction that would directly or indirectly result in a change in the ownership or control of the licensee, the receiver must file an application to that effect and obtain the Commission's approval. This authority is not to be interpreted as an indication that the Commission is predisposed to approve any subsequent applications.
