Relocation of transmitter |

1. |
The Commission approves the application by Fabrique de la Paroisse St-Janvier de Weedon to amend the broadcasting licence for VF-8008 Weedon by relocating the transmitter to a site located on Road 257 North at 1.1 km from the current site. |

2. |
This approval is conditional upon receipt by the Commission of Industry Canada's written notice that it will amend the licensee's Broadcasting Certificate. |

3. |
If written notice is not received within 6 months, this authority will become null and void. |
