Extension of time limit to implement a new transmitter of CBLA-FM Toronto at Shelburne

1.

The Commission approves the application by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation for an extension of the time limit to commence operation of a new transmitter of CBLA-FM Torontoat Shelburne, granted by Addition of a transmitter of CBLA-FM Toronto at Shelburne, Decision CRTC 2001-157, 2 March 2001.

The Commission grants the licensee an extension, until 31 May 2002, to implement this authority.

The licensee's failure to meet this new implementation deadline will cause this authority to become null and void, unless a request for a further extension of time is submitted and approved by the Commission within that period.

4.

The authority to operate the transmitter will only be effective once the licensee has informed the Commission in writing that it is prepared to commence operations.
