Extension of time limit to implement a new transmitter of CBLA-FM Toronto at Shelburne |

The Commission approves the application by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation for an extension of the time limit to commence operation of a new transmitter of CBLA-FM Torontoat Shelburne, granted by Addition of a transmitter of CBLA-FM Toronto at Shelburne, Decision CRTC 2001-157, 2 March 2001. |

The Commission grants the licensee an extension, until 31 May 2002, to implement this authority. |

The licensee's failure to meet this new implementation deadline will cause this authority to become null and void, unless a request for a further extension of time is submitted and approved by the Commission within that period. |

The authority to operate the transmitter will only be effective once the licensee has informed the Commission in writing that it is prepared to commence operations. |
