The Commission approves the application by 3553230 Canada Inc. to amend the broadcasting licence for CJMS Saint Constantby increasing the effective radiated power of its transmitter from 5,000 watts to 10,000 watts during the day and from 1,100 watts to 5,000 watts during the night. |

This approval is conditional upon receipt by the Commission of Industry Canada's written notice that it will amend the licensee's Broadcasting Certificate. |

If written notice is not received within 6 months, this authority will become null and void. |
