1. |
The Commission approves the application by Radio du Golf inc. for a 6-month extension of the time limit to commence operation of a new radiotransmitter of CJMC-FM Sainte-Anne-des-Monts at La Martre, granted by Licence amendment for CJMC-FM Sainte-Anne-des-Monts, Decision CRTC 2001-28, 25 January 2001. |

The Commission grants the licensee an extension, until 25 July 2002, to implement this authority. |

3. |
The licensee's failure to meet this new implementation deadline will cause this authority to become null and void, unless a request for a further extension of time is submitted and approved by the Commission within that period. |

4. |
The authority to operate the transmitter will only be effective once the licensee has informed the Commission in writing that it is prepared to commence operations. |
