The licensee proposes to change the condition of licence relating to the definition of the broadcast day which reads: "a 24-hour period beginning at 6 a.m. each day," by the following condition: "a 24-hour period beginning at 00:00:00." |

The licensee states that "currently, CTV's other sports specialty services with 24-hour broadcast day definitions all begin their log reporting day at 00:00:00 for operating and administrative purposes only. This change will in no way affect the programming nor the licensing requirements of these services." |

Programming broadcast using an SCMO is not accessible with standard radio equipment, and requires the use of a special receiver. |
