In Public Notice CRTC 2001-111, the Commission called for comments on proposed amendments to its Specialty Services Regulations, 1990 and its Pay Television Regulations, 1990. |
|

These amendments will serve to remove the prior approval requirement that applies in situations where a person licensed to operate a distribution undertaking seeks to purchase, directly or indirectly, more than 10% of a pay or specialty undertaking. |

3. |
The new deadline for comments is Thursday, 13 December 2001. |
