The Commission approves, on an interim basis, the PIC/CARE (primary interexchange carrier/customer account record exchange) procedures handbook, and services relating to equal access and billing and collection services offered to all eligible service providers. |

|
The Commission received the application on 16 November 2001 to add section 9 to its General Tariff. |
|
|
The revisions take effect on the date of this order. |
