The Commission approves TCI's request to amalgamate parts of the former TELUS Communications Inc.'s and TELUS Communications (B.C.) Inc.'s (TCBC) tariffs to:

· grandfather wired music transmission service for existing British Columbia customers and to amalgamate the associated TCBC tariff item with the two equivalent, previously grandfathered, former TCI tariff items for music transmission service in Alberta; and

· withdraw the former TCI item 420, Interexchange television - Satellite transmission service, and TCBC item 415, Partial satellite transmission channels, as there are no existing customers or demand for these services.
