The Commission approves, in part, an ex parte application filed by Aliant Telecom for proposed amendments to Maritime Tel & Tel Limited's tariffs. The application was filed on 30 August 2001, and amended on 10 September and 11 October 2001. |

The Commission approves the proposed deletions to previous promotions which have expired. However, the Commission denies the remaining part of the application. The company did not provide clear criteria for the promotion. On the basis of the information provided by the company, the Commission is not confident that the imputation test would be satisfied. |

The Commission directs Aliant Telecom to provide abridged copies of the applications for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms within two business days of the release of this order. |
