Intra exchange channels and distance charges

The Commission approves, on an interim basis, Mornington's request to:

· increase the monthly rates for an off premise channel, XL200 circuit to fire hall, and local channels interconnected with inter-exchange data and signalling channels for the first 400 metres; and

· add a new rate for an additional 400 metres for local channels interconnected with inter-exchange data and signalling channels.

Mornington filed the application on 12 September 2001 to revise item 2.02 of its General Tariff.

The revisions take effect on 30 October 2001.
