To: Coordination Committee and CISC Steering Committee Members

Subject: Re: CCM Implementation Meeting

As agreed at the previous Coordination Committee meeting and as indicated in earlier correspondence from the Commission, a meeting of the CCM Implementation Coordination Committee and CISC Steering Committee members will be held in Hull to discuss reports filed by the various CCM Implementation Task Working Groups. The reports will identify the matters upon which a consensus has been reached among members on the groups as well as the issues that remain in dispute.

The meeting will be held Tuesday, 20 February 2001, in Salon C of the Holiday Inn Plaza la Chaudière, 2 Montcalm Street, Hull, Québec. The meeting will commence at 9:00 am and run until approximately 5:00 pm. Reports to be filed by the various Task Working Groups will be forwarded to all members as soon as they are filed with the Coordination Committee chair on 15 February 2001. An agenda will be prepared and forwarded to all as soon as the issues to be brought forward before the Committees are confirmed.

An important objective of the meeting will be to try to resolve the outstanding disputes that emerged from the Task Working Groups. Therefore, parties should be prepared to negotiate a resolution and make a decision on the outcome of the discussion.
