LetterOttawa, 9 February 2001 File No. 8644-C12-03/00 To: Interested Parties to Public Notice 2000-124 RE: Seeking Public Input on Access to Multi-dwelling Units, In-building Wiring and Riser Space - Public Notice CRTC 2000-124 In its comments filed on 5 February 2001 Bell Canada on behalf of Bell Canada, Island Telecom Inc., Maritime Tel & Tel Limited, MTS Communications, NBTel Inc., NewTel Communications Inc. and Saskatchewan Telecommunications Inc. requested the Commission to address the matter of the reliance by the Canadian Institute of Public and Private Real Estate Companies / Building Owners and Managers Association (CIPPREC/BOMA) on a document titled "Critical Connections". The document, while referred to in CIPPREC/BOMA's submissions, was not provided to parties to this proceeding. CIPPREC/BOMA has referred extensively to the Critical Connections document in its submissions and responses to interrogatories. Accordingly, CIPPREC/BOMA should file a copy of the Critical Connections document with the Commission, copying the parties to this proceeding, by no later than 28 February 2001. In light of the additional material to be placed on the record of the proceeding, the date for reply comments established in Public Notice 2000-124-1 is hereby extended to 14 March 2001. Parties are reminded that reply comments are to be served on all parties who filed comments. Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must actually be received, not merely sent, by that date. Yours sincerely,
