In a letter dated 1 December 2000, the Commission set out a procedure to recommence the proceeding associated with Stentor TN 658 and TCI TN 1038.

In view of the delays experienced by the incumbent telephone companies in receiving interrogatories directed to them, the procedure set out in the above noted letter is revised as follows:

Incumbents to file interrogatory responses 15 February 2001
Parties may file comments 1 March 2001
Parties may file reply comments 15 March 2001
