Dear Mr. Gallagher:

This refers to your application dated January 10, 2001 to change the antenna and transmitter site location as well as the effective antenna height of the radio programming undertaking CFGW-FM Yorkton, Saskatchewan.

The Commission has reviewed the application and hereby advises that it approves the change of contours resulting from the aforementioned proposal.

This approval is subject to written receipt from the Department of Industry, within three (3) months of the date of this decision, that it is prepared to amend your Broadcasting Certificate.

All letters of approval issued by the Commission are made available for public examination at the Commission's central office and at the (WINNIPEG) regional office. The Commission also requires you to append this letter of approval to the licence of your undertaking.
