Decision CRTC 2001-775Ottawa, 21 December 2001
Mrs. Françine Côté
Dear Mrs. Côté: We are pleased to inform you that the Commission approves your application to postpone the date on which you should submit an application proposing the use of another frequency for your new FM radio station approved by Decision CRTC 2001-626. The Commission grants a two (2) month extension of time limit, namely until 4 February 2002. This extension does not, of course, relieve you of your responsibility to file your application at the earliest possible date. The Commission would appreciate being kept informed of your progress in finding a new frequency for your radio programming undertaking. Should the application not be submitted within the period stipulated in this decision or, should the Commission refuse to aprove any further extension requested by the licensee, the licence will not be issued. The Commission requires you to append this decision to the original decision granting this licence. Yours sincerely, Ursula Menke Secretary General Date Modified: 2001-12-21 |
