Effective Radiated Power Increase

Dear Mr. Fréchette:

We are pleased to inform you that the Commission approves your application to increase the effective radiated power of the transmitter CIVC-TV Trois-Rivières, Quebec from 1364.5 kW to 1500 kW.

This approval is conditional upon receiving within six (6) months of the date of this decision, a written notice from Industry Canada, that it is prepared to amend your Broadcasting Certificate in accordance with your application.

The Commission requires you to append this decision to the licence of CIVM-TV Montreal, Quebec.
