The Commission approves the application to amend the licence of the cable distribution undertaking serving Mabou. |

The Commission relieves the licensee, by condition of licence, of the requirement of section 32(1)(a) of the Broadcasting Distribution Regulations that it distribute local signals CBIT-19 (CBC) and CJCB-TV-1 (CTV) Inverness, Nova Scotia. Instead, the licensee will distribute CBHT (CBC) and CJCH-TV (CTV) Halifax, received via satellite. |

The licensee has been experiencing interference to the Inverness signals. It considers that the new signals will offer a better quality service. |
