Application processed by Public Notice
CRTC 2001-28 dated 20 February 2001

Change in frequency for CIVR-FM

The Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for CIVR-FM Yellowknife by changing the frequency from 93.3 MHz, channel 227A1 to 103.5 MHz, channel 278A1.

The Commission authorizes the licensee to operate the undertaking on the basis of the contours and particulars resulting from the above-mentioned changes.

The Department of Industry has advised that this application is conditionally technically acceptable, subject to determination that there will be no unacceptable interference with NAV/COM services. When the Department has certified that a broadcasting certificate has been or will be issued, the amendment approved in this decision will be valid (section 22(1) of the Broadcasting Act).
