The Commission announces that it has approved, by Letter of Authority A01-0005 dated 10 January 2001, a change to the effective control of Riverview Cable Limited. The change will be effected through the transfer of all of the issued and outstanding shares of Sea Mar Holdings Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Riverview Cable Limited, to Regional Cablesystems Inc., a widely-held Canadian company. |
