  Application by CTV TELEVISION INC. to amend the licence of the nationalspecialty television service known as Talk TV.
  The licensee proposes a wholesale rate of $0.07 per subscriber per month when its service is carried as part of a cable operators' or other distributors' basic service package.
  In such circumstances, the regulations allow distribution licensees to recover from subscribers the cost of providing the service. This represents a "pass-through portion" to be paid to Talk-TV in accordance with sections 45 and 53 of the Broadcasting Distribution Regulations.

b) The proposed transmitters would operate with an effective isotropic radiated power of 9.77, 53.35, 21.38, 13.96 and 13.18 watts respectively.

 

c) by deleting the authorized distribution of the signals of TV5 Québec Canada, The Discovery Channel and Electronic bulletin board.
