| The Commission announces that it has approved, by Letter of Authority A00-0130 dated 22 November 2000, a change to the effective control of Cable Atlantic Inc. The transfer will be effected through the transfer of all of the issued and outstanding shares of Cable Atlantic Inc. to Rogers Cable Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rogers Communications Inc., a widely held Canadian company. | |
