Multi-element service charges |

Québec-Téléphone filed an application to modify its multi-element service charges. |
|
2. |
Québec-Téléphone indicated it wanted to modify these charges to bring them to their compensatory level. The company also indicated that it wanted to standardize the multi-element service charges for residential and business services to make it easier for Customer Services to administer client accounts. |

The Commission is concerned about the lack of costing information, which raises doubts as to whether the proposed rates with respect to business service are compensatory. |
|

Accordingly, the Commission denies the application. |
