The Commission approves Appendices 10A, CCS7 transit service, of the Interconnection Agreement between Bell Canada and the members of the Canadian Alliance of Publicly-Owned Telecommunications Systems (CAPTS) listed below:

Bruce Municipal Telephone System / Dryden Municipal Telephone System / Kenora Municipal Telephone System / Thunder Bay Telephone

CAPTS filed the application on 1 August 2001.
