The Commission approves Sogetel's request to remove or replace references to the following trademarks owned by Stentor and Bell Canada:"Avantage 900", "Hyperpac", "Mégaroute", "Service Étoile" and "TouchTone". |

Sogetel filed the application on 20 July 2001 to revise items 2.13, 4.2, 5.7, 5.8 and 5.9 of its General Tariff. |

|
The revisions take effect on the date of this order. |
