The Commission denies Aliant Telecom Inc.'s application to remove from the above-noted companies' tariffs, the Internet call waiting (ICW) and Internet call manager (ICM) services. |
|
Aliant Telecom submitted that the ICW and ICM services were forborne pursuant to Telecom Orders CRTC 97-471, 97-1667, 98-619 and 99-592. |
|
The Commission notes that the ICW and ICM services are not included in the scope of the above-mentioned orders. |
|
Aliant Telecom filed the application on 1 June 2001. |
